buena noche, trabajaba en la Secretaría de "#" onclick="Pal3369501hw.hwClqnaj("Seguridad");return false;" oncontextmenu="return false;" onmouseout="Pal3369501hw.hideMaybe(this, "Seguridad"); this.style.cursor="hand"; this.style.textDecoration="underline"; this.style.borderBottom="dotted 1px"; " onmouseover="Pal3369501hw.hwShow(event, this, "Seguridad"); this.style.cursor="hand"; this.style.textDecoration="underline"; this.style.borderBottom="solid";" rel="nofollow" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted; color: #166ad0; cursor: hand; text-decoration: underline">Seguridad Pública Federal y me involucraron en un ilicito de Privacion ilegal de la libertad, estuve sujeto a proceso penal durante 1 año y finalmente salí absuelto por la via de apelación, se acredito que yo no era la persona que habia participado de dicha actividad, yo me encontraba en un lugar diverso al momento del secuestro lo cual pude acreditar con gastos que realice en otro estado con Tarjeta de Credito.

Finalmente el Magistrado ordena sea puesto en libertad y se me restituyan mis derechos civiles y politicos.

Mi pregunta es

1.- que requiero hacer para que me reinstalen en mi puesto que tenía dentro de la SSPF y poder cobrar mis "#" onclick="Pal3369501hw.hwClqnaj("salarios");return false;" oncontextmenu="return false;" onmouseout="Pal3369501hw.hideMaybe(this, "salarios"); this.style.cursor="hand"; this.style.textDecoration="underline"; this.style.borderBottom="dotted 1px"; " onmouseover="Pal3369501hw.hwShow(event, this, "salarios"); this.style.cursor="hand"; this.style.textDecoration="underline"; this.style.borderBottom="solid";" rel="nofollow" style="border-bottom: 1px dotted; color: #166ad0; cursor: hand; text-decoration: underline">salarios caidos..

2.- existe algun formato para solicitar mi reingreso.

3.- tengo que promover algun otro amparo para reinstalarme.
