NO PUEDES, DEBES DE TRAMITAR UN INCIDENTE EN EL EXPEDIENTE PRINCIPAL, INCIDENTE QUE SE DENOMINA REDUCCION O DISMINUCION DE PENSION ALIMENTICIA, PERO COMO EL ASUNTO PRINCIPAL , EL ASUNTO EN EL QUE USTED FUE CONDENADO AL PAGO DE PENSION ESTA EN GUERRERO , DEBES DE PROMOVER EN GUERRERO , POR LO TANTO NO PUEDES HACERLO DESDE OAXACA

mi esposa de la cual tengo el 20% y mi hija el 40%, esta en posibilidades de aceptar la reduccion de pension, que seria eliminar la pension que le paso a ella y reducir la pension de mi hija quedando unicamente el 15%, esto se puede hacer?

LA PENSION DE TU ESPOSA SI, ELLA PUEDE MANIFESTAR QUE ESTA TRABAJANDO , PERO LA PENSION DE TU HIJA DEBERAS DE DEMOSTRAR QUE TUS INGRESOS HAN DISMINUIDO O EN SU CASO TUS GASTOS HAN AUMENTADO,SIEMPRE ATENDIENDO AL INTERES SUPERIOR DE MEJOR
