    BUENOS DIAS 

    MI SITUACION ES LA SIGUIENTE  AL MOMENTO D QUE SE ESTUVO VACIANDO 

    LA INFORMACION DE LAS ACTAS DE NACIMIENTO AL NUEVO SISTEMA HUBO MUCHOS ERRORES

    Y UNO DE ELLOS FUE PONER UN NOMBRE DIFERNETE  Y NO EL DE MI MAMA EN LAS ACTAS DE NACIMIENTO DE DOS DE MIS HERMANOS

    MI PREGUNTA ES TENGO QUE HACER JUCIO?

    ES COREECION? O ES ACLARACION?

    LE AGRADECERIA ME ORIENTARA EN ESTA SITUACION 

    POR SUS ATENCIONES MUCHAS GRACIAS

    Hola.

    Si en el libro registral se encuentra de manera CORRECTA su nombre y solo el error esta en el sistema de como NO TIENE QUE HACER MAS NADA que informarle al Juez u Oficial del registro civil, el cotejará el libro y al constatar el error corrigirá el acta.

    Si el problema esta EN EL LIBRO REGISTRAL entonces si tendrá que hacer Juicio ya sea de aclaracion o Judicial
